Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Cordova, Tennessee is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to implement and manage IT assets across the organization. You will receive, configure, install, deploy and decommission hardware and software, ensuring accurate inventory throughout the lifecycle and coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years experience working with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server, PowerShell language, SCCM, Active Directory, Imaging and VDI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configures and installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, servers, and other end user peripherals.
• Coordinates warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers to resolve operating issues.
• Maintains accurate inventory of computer assets throughout the product lifecycle, including procurement, shipping, deployment, decommissioning, and disposal.
• Provides training and technical assistance to users.
• Supports Facilities and Business Unit projects.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Travels frequently including overnight as needed.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices.
• May assist in installing, troubleshooting, and supporting core network infrastructure, including switches and routers, patch panels and network cabling.
• May offer advice and guidance to team members, assisting in the development of necessary skills and promotion of continuous improvement initiatives.
