Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an entry-level Asset Management Assistant in Boston to support administration and tracking of enterprise technology assets, including hardware, software, SaaS, and mobility devices. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, assist with asset tagging and deployment documentation, and support lifecycle changes while coordinating with procurement and service delivery teams.

A 0–2 year background in related roles is expected, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in asset management or related administrative functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Successful completion of a background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining inventory records for hardware, software, mobile devices, and telecom assets.
• Supports asset tagging, tracking, and deployment documentation for devices and telecom services.
• Assists with reconciliation of asset assignments and lifecycle status changes.
• Supports telecom billing validation and asset documentation processes.
• Supports secure device retirement, SIM deactivation, and asset disposal documentation.
• Maintains asset records within CMDB and tracking tools for hardware and mobility assets.
