Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support Hardware Asset Management in a large enterprise IT environment. You will manage asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting to drive efficiencies.

You will collaborate across IT teams to automate processes, improve workflows, and support SAM activities. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years' IT asset experience are required, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of IT asset lifecycle management experience.
• Strong Excel skills with detailed inventory and financial data.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and reporting.
• Develop monthly and annual forecasts, including computer capital planning.
• Reconcile hardware inventory and stock consumption, resolving discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain asset management documentation, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Partner with IT teams to improve workflows and automate asset management processes.
• Support hardware disposal, audits, and end-of-life equipment replacements.
• Assist with Software Asset Management (SAM) activities as needed.
