The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT support or related fields, strong organizational and customer service skills, and familiarity with VoIP and Unified Communications platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, technical administration, asset management, telecommunications administration, help desk support, or a related role.
• Experience maintaining databases, inventories, records, or technology assets preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT and telecommunications terminology.
• Familiarity with VoIP telephone systems such as Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, or similar platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with Unified Communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cisco preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Access Control Administration responsibilities include creating and issuing access cards for new hires and maintaining access groups and permissions.
• IT Asset Management duties cover entering assets, maintaining inventory, performing audits, and coordinating lease returns.
• Telecommunications Administration tasks include assisting with equipment, troubleshooting issues, and updating voicemail and extension configurations.
