Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an IT Architect I to lead the design of enterprise IT systems, including infrastructure, security, and data lifecycle management. The role requires shaping the architecture framework, evaluating platforms, and ensuring scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.

You will guide teams through complex system design, enforce standards, and collaborate with executives to translate business needs into robust technology roadmaps, with a focus on Birst BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum four years designing and optimizing large-scale corporate systems with cloud-based Infor Birst ETL and BI.
• Minimum two years training teams on architectural, migration, and upgrade components of Infor Birst.
• Infor Certified Birst Analyst Associate
• Infor Certified Birst Administrator Associate
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, software development or data system architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the information system vision and strategy for the organization.
• Evaluate new systems and technologies for CHRISTUS compatibility and ROI.
• Develop and enforce standards and procedures across technology domains.
• Lead architecture design initiatives and provide guidance to teams.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and available enterprise architectures.
