Overview

Join to apply for the IT Architect (Hubspot) role at Soni. Soni's client is seeking an experienced IT Architect and team lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of CRM and communication platforms. This role is hands-on and includes oversight of live chat, email, SMS, and voice systems across B2C and B2B channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a strategic roadmap for CRM and omnichannel communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dialpad, HeyMarket).
• Design scalable system architectures and integrations with platforms like telephony, data warehouses, and loan origination systems.
• Oversee the administration and customization of HubSpot, including workflows, permissions, data modeling, API integrations, and reporting.
• Lead the team in supporting CRM-related helpdesk tickets and projects.
• Support Marketing operations within HubSpot through workflow development and issue resolution.
• Manage training programs, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional stakeholder needs.
• Own the product lifecycle of CRM and SMS platforms.

Qualifications
