Job summary

Mohegan US in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks an Application Support Analyst to deliver end-user support for Bally ACSC CMS/SMS/TMS and related software. You will troubleshoot applications, analyze issues, and coordinate resolutions with operations, development, and business units.

The role requires a college degree in computer science or information systems and at least 4 years of enterprise experience, with proven Bally ACSC expertise and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science or information systems and 4 years relevant work experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with Bally ACSC is required (v3.1.6 minimum; v10.1 preferred). Bally ACSC experience as it relates to Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
• Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
• Experience with building/maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming problem tickets from end users and resolve applications.
• Prioritize, schedule, and administer enhancements and defect resolutions.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and install/configure applications.
• Document problem-solving steps and outcomes for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with department heads to assess training needs and objectives.
• Provide testing support for new or existing software under development.
