Job summary

Bosch is seeking an ERP-focused intern to support daily administration of the company’s ERP system and related data workflows in the United States. The role involves data entry, validation, testing, and documentation to assist upgrades and process improvements.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to understand business processes, contribute to reports, and learn ERP-related tools. This internship is ideal for students pursuing IT/IS/CS with an interest in systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, technology, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous experience with an ERP system, such as SAP, is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system.
• Assist with identifying and correcting data issues.
• Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist with reports and data analysis as needed.
• Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs.
• Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
