The role drives intake, prioritization, budgets, and vendor contracts while ensuring successful deployment and continuous improvement of systems at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience or 10+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience managing internal teams and external development vendors.
• Strong project and delivery management across complex initiatives.
• Experience with retail hardware procurement and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor financial accountability.

Aufgaben

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of application development initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Lead and coordinate internal staff, consultants, systems integrators, and hardware/software vendors.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for application development, integrations, and deployments.
• Curate scalable enterprise level solutions for reliability and growth.
• Manage multiple initiatives, identify risks, and plan mitigations.
• Oversee HR and Legal technology deployments with minimal operational impact.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and change orders.
• Hold vendors accountable to delivery commitments and SLAs.
• Drive process improvement, delivery quality, and operational stability.
• Develop team members through coaching, performance management, and planning.
• Travel: 10% or more for project-related events and on-site meetings.
