Family Dollar is seeking a PMO Director to lead the Technology shared services PMO at the Chesapeake, VA Store Support Center. This full-time onsite role partners with Finance and IT to govern the technology portfolio and project outcomes, including vendor management and budget planning.

You will drive governance processes, create dashboards, and coach teams in Agile practices while aligning with the three-year roadmap. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of technology project management experience.
• 6+ years leading technology project management teams.
• Experience delivering technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex technology projects.
• Strong retail industry experience.
• Experience managing external/offshore vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee planning, measuring, and managing transformation projects with transparent stakeholder updates.
• Produce data and metrics for CIO and leaders to guide decisions on priorities, lifecycle, spend, and resources.
• Inform and recommend actions at governance meetings and with IT steering committees.
• Lead portfolio planning and budget for the following year with technology leadership.
• Align planning with the 3-year technology roadmap and adapt as needed.
• Communicate portfolio governance and execution to all organizational levels.
