Job summary

You will lead internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable, secure applications that support critical store operations.

The role serves as the central intake and delivery point for store systems initiatives, managing demand, priorities, estimates, vendor performance, and execution at scale. Travel ~10% for projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with store systems such as POS, store portals, or workforce management.
• Experience supporting highly integrated, business-critical systems.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models and SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise architecture considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of application development initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Lead and coordinate internal staff, consultants, systems integrators, and vendors.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for development, integrations, and deployments.
• Curate scalable enterprise solutions that are reliable and future-ready.
