Responsibilities
- Operates applications with routine maintenance and upgrades.
- Provides 24x7 on-call support for applications.
- Organizes people, processes, and technology to achieve balanced scorecard results.
- Facilitates development of new applications based on lifecycle standards.
- Facilitates deployment of applications with education, activation, and production support.
- Manages all HR aspects within the assigned area including hiring and development.
- Plans, monitors, and controls annual operating and capital budgets.
- Administers safeguards for information assets and disaster recovery planning.
