Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and senior project managers delivering a portfolio of projects within the Solution Delivery framework.
• Drive alignment between IT project management, vendor project management, and operational leadership for enterprise initiatives.
• Manage resourcing, interview and onboard internal and external PMs; coach and escalate as needed.
• Oversee vendor relationships to support project staffing.
• Monitor financial performance with finance to align on capital and operating expenditures.
• Establish and facilitate program steering committees and governance with clear communication.
