Job summary

ITMAGINATION is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant for a fixed-term replacement (2 years) with potential extension. This fully remote role focuses on attracting top IT talent, managing end-to-end processes, and delivering professional candidate feedback.

Strong German and Polish language skills are required. The candidate will collaborate with Delivery and Global teams, conduct active direct search, and communicate effectively across social platforms to build a robust candidate

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of IT recruitment experience for technical roles.
• Proven ability to use online channels to identify and attract candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills addressing candidates’ concerns.
• Familiarity with IT terms and technologies.
• Goal-oriented with ability to measure weekly activities.
• Ability to make quick decisions and anticipate outcomes.
• German C1, English B2, Polish C1 required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talent from the market and being a true support to the recruitment team. We are currently recruiting for a fixed-term replacement position (2-year contract), with potential for extension.
