ITMAGINATION is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant for a remote, fixed-term replacement (2-year contract). You will attract top IT talent, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support the recruitment team across global delivery units.

In this role you will communicate with candidates and stakeholders via social channels, perform active direct search, and deliver candid feedback at every stage, while collaborating with delivery teams worldwide to ensure high-quality hires.

Qualifikationen

• Min. 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions.
• Experience using online channels to identify and attract candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to address candidates' concerns.
• Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies.
• Goal-oriented; able to measure weekly activities.
• Ability to make quick decisions and predict outcomes.
• German skills (C1), English (B2), Polish (C1).

This is a remote position. ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talent from the market and being a true support to the recruitment team.

Requirements
