Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of IT experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with Banner Student and Degree Works or willingness to learn.
• Experience programming with WebFocus, SQL or XML.
• Ability to create end-user documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support major student information systems across campus.
• Manage university-wide rule and validation tables; support upgrades.
• Provide functional leadership during implementations and upgrades.
• Assist with data reporting needs and system-related projects.
• Develop end-user documentation and training for new features.
