Job summary

Everforth Apex in Tulsa, OK is seeking an IT Analyst IV to provide technical leadership for a team of analysts delivering software solutions and maintaining applications.

You will own end-to-end administration of the Microsoft 365 platform, mentor colleagues, resolve complex issues, and help improve security, governance, and resilience across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 10+ years IT experience or an Associate’s/Bachelors in IT with 8+ years IT experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, security controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.
• Owns collaboration platform strategies by monitoring roadmap and guiding testing, staging, and production readiness.
• Ensures platform reliability with Tier 3 support and post-incident reviews; enforces security controls and data governance.
