Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join the Regional Infrastructure team in North America, providing first- and second-level support and coordinating with global IT. You will manage server hardware, OS deployments, patching, and networking across Dell/HP hardware, VMware, and Linux environments.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, strong networking knowledge (Cisco/Juniper), and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or technical certification or equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years in IT covering Dell/HP server hardware, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Linux, networking (Cisco/Juniper).
• Strong understanding of Cisco/Juniper networking hardware, installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Experience with server patch management and operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Linux variants).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Compile and develop documentation for a knowledge base.
• Support daily operations for the Regional Infrastructure team in North America.
• Assist with deployment and operational support of standard hardware and software offerings.
• Provide first- and second-level support for Delivery & Support services.
• Perform hardware and software patch management.
• Adhere to global IT standards and coordinate with global IT teams.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and professional networks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
