Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or IT Consultant.
• Actively participating in an information technology education program.
• Moderate understanding of Microsoft and Linux server technologies.
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across platforms.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Develop, test, and implement IT systems to support business objectives.
• Set up new user accounts and handle password issues.
• Support implementation of new/ current processes to improve IT Service Desk efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA thresholds for service desk requests.
• Provide support for devices managed by MDM tools and ensure workstation compliance.
