You will oversee day-to-day IT support, systems administration, and firmwide technology projects while coordinating with vendors and staff to drive efficiency and innovation. This role focuses on enabling AI usage, building dashboards, and supporting colleagues with technology adoption, all while ensuring high standards of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, technology coordination, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based business applications and technology platforms.
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for technology support and troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, firm applications, collaboration tools, hardware, and user access.
• Coordinate with external IT providers, software vendors, and technology consultants to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including technology setup, equipment deployment, and system access management.
• Track and prioritize technology support requests while maintaining a high level of internal customer service.
• Maintain technology documentation, inventories, procedures, and system records.
• Assist with software updates, upgrades, and implementation projects.
