Job summary

Harris Allied is seeking a Manager of IT & AI Innovation to lead IT operations and drive AI adoption across the organization. This onsite, full-time role offers hands-on leadership, problem-solving through automation, and a chance to help employees leverage AI to work smarter.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure and enterprise systems, strong security and cloud experience, and a track record delivering AI and automation for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading infrastructure and enterprise systems including public cloud, identity/MFA, and business continuity.
• Security and infrastructure expertise across cloud, identity, endpoint, and compliance.
• Proven experience delivering AI and automation solutions for process improvement.
• Experience managing MSP relationships is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure/MS 365/Defender) and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and technology initiatives.
• Champion AI and automation solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
• Drive process improvement and organizational change management.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, and business continuity.
• Provide governance and oversight for cybersecurity and managed service providers.
• Partner with leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives.
