Job summary

JobSquad seeks an IT Administrator- Level II to join our on-site team in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The role focuses on hands-on IT support, network and server infrastructure, and precise documentation.

Ideal candidates have Level II IT support experience and the described degree options; travel up to 5% may be necessary. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with an hourly rate of $35–$38.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, apps, and mobile devices.
• Support Active Directory, VPN access, user accounts, and inventory.
• Perform intermediate network troubleshooting including DNS/DHCP, VLANs, switches.
• Assist with server maintenance, virtualization, network equipment installation, and security checks.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors/ IT teams.
• Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, email, and in-person.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred.Valid driver’s license and passport required; travel up to 5% may be necessary.
