Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Administrator to manage internal systems, cloud infrastructure, user access, and IT operations supporting healthcare SaaS and digital health platforms.

In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system uptime, security, and technical support across Med Clinic X’s infrastructure and tools used by teams and healthcare clients in the United States.

Responsibilities

IT Systems Management

• Manage internal IT systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT tools.
• Ensure smooth operation of business-critical systems.
• Support healthcare SaaS platforms and internal tools.
• Assist teams with technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Maintain access control for users and systems.
• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of users.

Network & Security

• Manage network infrastructure and connectivity protocols.
• Implement security policies and IAM access controls.
• Monitor system logs and detect anomalies.
• Support cybersecurity best practices across directories.
• Assist engineering teams with infrastructure updates.
• Monitor cloud resource usage and performance outputs.
• Help maintain backups and disaster recovery parameters.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CS, or related field.
• Experience in IT administration, system administration, or helpdesk.
• Strong understanding of OS (Linux/Windows) and networks (DNS, DHCP).
• Experience configuring cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good documentation and user access control troubleshooting.

Preferred

• Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT systems.
• Experience managing enterprise active directory configurations.
• Exposure to basic automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and log monitoring.
