We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for healthcare SaaS and digital health platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of healthcare systems hosted on cloud platforms. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to support modern healthcare applications at scale.
You will play a key role in building infrastructure that supports real-time healthcare data processing, AI systems, and patient-facing applications used across the United States.

Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP) Docker & Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab) HIPAA Security Auditing & Compliance Site Reliability (SRE) & Monitoring
Build secure multi-tenant hosting environments with high availability.
Deploy resilient connection proxy engines linking cloud gateways with local clinic firewalls.
Optimize scalable GPU nodes and model pipeline clusters in AWS/Azure.
Design WebRTC media gateway autoscaling policies for patient-doctor video streams.
Audit identity provider configurations, Web Application Firewalls, and secure CDN endpoints.
Automate serverless ingestion triggers and secure clinical database architectures.
