Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Technology Coordinator in Information Technology to support IT leadership and manage daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining IT documents, tracking budgets and costs, handling IT inventory, coordinating travel, and assisting with department reporting. Strong organizational and confidentiality skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage calendars, correspondence, and meeting planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to IT leadership.
• Maintain IT documents, requisitions, licenses, hardware locations, receipts, etc.
• Assist with IT budgets and cost tracking.
• Handle IT inventory including devices and accessories.
• Coordinate travel and document IT-related travel arrangements.
• Assist with IT department reporting and distribution lists.
