The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) Data Analyst provides strategic oversight for data management and record integrity at the University of Minnesota. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus at least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis and integration or Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to seek proactive solutions for operational efficiency.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident due to federal government requirements for SEVIS access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sunapsis data management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Support SEVP compliance, process e-forms, and SEVIS reporting.
• Prepare complex statistical reports and dashboards for university stakeholders.
• Lead data-related decisions with university governance and train ISSS staff.
