Lockheed Martin in Littleton, CO seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst/ISSO to partner with security teams and government customers, ensuring RMF compliance and robust information system security operations. The incumbent will oversee day‑to-day security operations, manage RMF artifacts, and coordinate POA&Ms with the ISSM, all while maintaining a high standard of auditing and incident

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a recent investigation and willingness to CI Polygraph.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Information Assurance tools.
• Experience supporting IC and/or DoD customers.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining system ATOs.
• Hands-on auditing and system investigation experience.
• Ability to develop, review and maintain RMF artifacts.
• Desired: DoD 8140 IAM Level III certification.
• Experience in environments with SCI programs and RMF across multiple classification levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years with a related Masters.
• Experience with RMF database repositories (Emass, ServiceNow, XACTA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
• Carry out RMF-based technical administration of IS per internal LM and customer security requirements.
• Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
• Document compliance actions within the approved automated tracking system or develop POA&Ms with the ISSM to address non-compliance.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of per security policies.
• Balance competing priorities among multiple customers and programs.
• Auditing is a large part of this role’s responsibility.
