Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking an Information System Security Officer to join the CCS team in Littleton, CO. The role supports multiple DoW programs and ensures compliance with government requirements (NISPOM, DoD 8500 series, NIST, CNSSI, DAAG, etc.) across information systems.

You will apply RMF concepts, continuous monitoring, POA&M, and change management, coordinating with government partners. This role offers meaningful, high-security work and exposure to diverse projects within a premier

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD8570/8140 IAT LevelII certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, CND).
• Hands-on with cybersecurity tools: Tenable, SIEM (Splunk), endpoint protection (Trellix), and submission tools (eMASS, XACTA).
• Lead RMF process to secure Authorizations to Operate (ATO).
• Experience with DAAG, NISPOM, NIST SP 800-53, and DISA STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interactions with government partners to maintain active ATO status.
• Oversee technical administration of information systems following RMF and security requirements.
• Develop and implement government-approved information system security procedures and SSPs.
• Communicate and manage a formal cybersecurity program.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations of incidents, collaborating with outside agencies.
