Job summary

Ara in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to guide systems through the RMF and ensure compliance with NIST SPs. You will review policies, categorize systems, and drive remediation for continuous monitoring, while supporting projects across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance, a CompTIA Security+ certification, a BS or higher in a related field, and 8+ years with BS (6+ with MS).

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with BS; 6+ years with MS.
• Willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Your daily tasks include reviewing policy, categorizing system and application, and performing remediation for projects in continuous monitoring.
• You will be supporting projects in multiple environments such as AWS, Azure or on-premises.
