Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Arlington, VA seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure secure operation of government-grade information systems and support RMF authorization, continuous monitoring, and incident response. The ISSO advises ISO and CISO, coordinating with technical staff and external partners.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity, 10+ years IT/IS experience, and active clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and/or IS.
• Active Secret or higher security clearance holder and must be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance if requested.
• DCWF Role 612/722 certifications and related security qualifications preferred.
• Graduate degrees/certifications in Cybersecurity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure operation of assigned information systems in line with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and RMF.
• Support authorization and assessment activities, continuous monitoring, and incident response.
• Coordinate with ISO, CISO, system administrators, engineers, and auditors.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, ISCPs, IRPs, CMPs and related security artifacts.
