Job summary

Vantor is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support secure, compliant, and mission-focused systems serving Object-Based Intelligence requirements. The ISSO will oversee security authorization, operation, and continuous monitoring across the system lifecycle, collaborating with Government stakeholders, ISSM, ISSEs, developers, and DevSecOps teams.

The ideal candidate has RMF experience, security documentation skills, vulnerability management, incident response, and thrives

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF activities and security authorization processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, etc.).
• Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and remediation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support security programs for classified information systems across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with ISSM, ISSE, government personnel, and stakeholders to address requirements and risks.
• Monitor security posture; ensure controls are implemented, tested, and maintained.
• Support vulnerability scanning, compliance assessments, security testing, and remediation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevSecOps activities as needed.
