Job summary

GDIT is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD programs at MacDill AFB. You will coordinate with government staff to implement RMF controls, support ATO/ATC processes, and drive continuous monitoring efforts.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, 5+ years of IT experience including ISSO work, and a BA/BS or equivalent. Onsite location at MacDill AFB with full-time hours and a strong emphasis on security compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience including ISSO work.
• Working knowledge of DoD RMF.
• Ability to obtain IAM Level II.
• Must possess Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs Cybersecurity activities for a large Program and coordinates with government staff to audit program policy and procedures.
• Assist in development and staffing of documentation for ATO/ATC/IATT/POA&Ms.
• Assist in Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) plans.
• Provide A&A materials including RMF actions and risk mitigation.
• Review architecture docs, security impact analyses, and risk acceptance for RMF.
