Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer, Level 2, to join our security team in support of sensitive national security programs. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, plus hands-on experience implementing security policies and risk management. You will lead day-to-day security operations, evaluate solutions, coordinate accreditation activities, and prepare documentation such as SSPs and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
• 10 years ISSO experience on similar programs.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I+ certification required.
• Experience with security tools, hardware/software security, protocols, and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Supports an organization's information assurance program.
• Develops and enforces information systems security policies and standards.
• Maintains security posture for an information system.
• Manages day-to-day security operations for the system.
• Evaluates security solutions for classified data processing.
• Performs vulnerability and risk assessment analyses.
• Provides configuration management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Manages changes to systems and assesses security impact.
• Prepares SSPs, risk assessment reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Supports DIACAP/compliance activities.
