Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an ISSO II to maintain the secure posture of information systems. The role works with the ISSM/ISSO to manage day-to-day security operations, including physical security, incident handling, and training.

Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph readiness. The position involves preparing authorization packages, monitoring changes, and ensuring current security documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in information security.
• SAP experience required.
• Prior performance in roles such as System, Network Administrator, or ISSO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in meeting duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Ensure procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware and media are in place.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization determinations.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with security authorization packages.
• Coordinate changes to hardware, software, or firmware with the ISSM and AO/DAO.
