Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) SME to support SAF/OCX ISSMs with onsite cybersecurity tasks in the NCR region. The role involves RMF authorization, vulnerability management, and secure lifecycle processes across DoD networks.

The candidate will implement SIEM/monitoring, develop security documentation, and drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled tooling, within a dynamic government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years related work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years specific work-related experience in support of a DoW component.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a staff action officer and may be included in years of technical experience above.
• Experience with RMF, system authorization, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite ISSO support to SAF/OCX ISSMs in locations such as the Pentagon and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.
• Coordinate cybersecurity processes for SAF/OCX Information Systems including RMF, risk management, and incident handling.
• Develop and advise on cybersecurity assessments, security impact analysis, and system authorizations.
• Support documentation and governance in accordance with applicable DoW, Air Force, and multi-national guidance.
