Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) II at Robins AFB, GA. The position requires US citizenship and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, with an anticipated salary of $93,000–$108,000.

You will manage security posture, prepare authorization packages, monitor configurations, and coordinate DoD SAP/SCI activities within SAPs, coordinating with ISSM and AO/DAO, ensuring documentation and audit records are current.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of RMF packaging experience.
• U.S. citizenship with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification.
• Experience as System/Network Administrator or ISSO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Maintain procedures for clearing and destroying hardware/media.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization.
• Conduct periodic reviews for compliance with the authorization package.
• Coordinate changes with ISSM and AO/DAO prior to the change.
• Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features are restored.
• Ensure security documentation is current and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented.
• Attend required security training relevant to duties.
• Execute cyber security self-inspections and provide coordination.
• Identify cyber security vulnerabilities and assist with countermeasures.
• Prepare reports on the status of security safeguards.
