Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an Information System Security Officer II to support DoD SAPs, including SCI and collateral programs.

The ISSO II will manage AIS authorization packages, conduct inspections, and coordinate security across multiple teams and facilities. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8570.01‑M IAT Level 2 within six months, and four years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is acceptable as equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or four years equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with DoD security requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and update AIS authorization packages.
• Notify customers of changes affecting AIS authorization.
• Perform AIS self-inspections and security coordination.
• Identify AIS vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures.
• Represent the customer on technical review teams.
• Conduct security surveys and compile documentation for system authorization.
• Coordinate AIS inspections, reports, and responses.
• Maintain AIS security records and Co-Utilization Agreements.
• Prepare reports on security safeguards for computer systems.
• Ensure AIS and network nodes are operated and disposed of per policy.
• Assist DoD and contractor organizations with A&A efforts.
• Review, track, and conduct AIS training.
