Job summary

RedTrace Technologies in Lincoln, MA is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II for critical information system security roles. The ideal candidate must possess a Top Secret Clearance and have relevant experience in security operations and RMF package development.

This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and ensuring the security posture of systems is maintained, alongside benefits like competitive salaries, health insurance, and ample paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related experience, especially in developing RMF packages.
• Prior performance in roles such as System/Network Administrator or ISSO.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in meeting duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Ensure approved procedures are in place for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying various types of hardware and media.
• Notify ISSM when changes occur that might affect the authorization determination of the information system(s).
• Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package.
• Coordinate changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware with the ISSM and AO/DAO prior to the change.
