Job summary

You will collaborate with system administrators and network engineers to protect NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR networks, maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting on security events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or information security experience.
• ITIL Foundations v4 certificate or ability to obtain within 9 months.
• Current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment of digital information, systems, and artifacts to identify indicators of compromise and intrusion activity across USSTRATCOM environments.
• Gather, preserve, and handle digital evidence to support investigations and mission requirements.
• Report on cyber threats, security breaches, and anomalous activity across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR networks.
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations to strengthen system security posture.
• Support incident response activities, including triage, containment, remediation, and documentation of cybersecurity events.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and hardening techniques to safeguard mission-critical systems and applications.
