Job summary

You will perform threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and guide incident response across multiple networks, ensuring mission security and compliance. The role requires 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, a Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and collaboration with admins and engineers to strengthen defenses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or information security experience.
• Education: technical training, certifications, or degree (equivalent experience may substitute).
• Current/active Top Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI within scope.
• ITIL Foundations v4 certificate or ability to obtain within 9 months.
• Must have a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI status.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities

• Assess digital information, systems, and artifacts to identify indicators of compromise and intrusion activity across USSTRATCOM environments.
• Gather, preserve, and handle digital evidence in accordance with established procedures to support investigations and mission requirements.
• Reporting on cyber threats, security breaches, and anomalous activity across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR networks
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations to strengthen system security posture.
• Support incident response activities, including triage, containment, remediation, and documentation of cybersecurity events.
• Applying cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and hardening techniques to safeguard mission‑critical systems and applications.
• Collaborating with system administrators, network engineers, and program teams.
