Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) is seeking an Intermediate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a DoD contract at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ISSM will lead RMF activities, security assessments, and continuous monitoring to ensure authorized operations across mission systems.

The role requires DoD cybersecurity experience, an active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), and IAM Level II certification or equivalent, aligning with NICE ISM work roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience supporting RMF and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II certification or equivalent.

• Manage cybersecurity operations for assigned information systems.
• Oversee RMF activities throughout the system lifecycle.
• Maintain system security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, assessment artifacts).
• Coordinate ATO, IATT, and security authorization activities.
• Monitor DoD, Air Force, and organizational cybersecurity policies.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Ensure incident response procedures are followed and documented.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to system administrators and support personnel.
• Brief leadership on system security posture and risks.

Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) specializes in the design and architecture, implementation, and ongoing support for wired and wireless networks, data center and cloud migrations, and telecommunications. Our expertise includes advanced integrations of disparate systems and ensuring system security is at the forefront. We are currently seeking an Intermediate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a contract at The National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

Position Summary

The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) serves as the primary cybersecurity lead responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems supporting museum operations and mission systems. The ISSM manages cybersecurity compliance activities, Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, security assessments, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring efforts. The position is responsible for coordinating with Government cybersecurity stakeholders and ensuring systems maintain authorization to operate (ATO) status. The ISSM role aligns with the NICE Information Systems Security Manager work role. [dl.dod.cyber.mil]

• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II certification or equivalent.
