Job summary

Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Inc. seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity for the Toano, VA site. You will oversee RMF-based security controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive security program improvements across multiple programs.

You will develop and enforce security policies, coordinate with IA teams, and manage documentation, training, and continuous monitoring to protect classified systems and facilities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of security, risk management, and emergency response experience.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF compliance through NISPOM/DAAPM, STIGs, and NIST guidance.
