Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II to lead security programs for collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.

The role emphasizes RMF-based policy, JSIG guidance, and coordination with government customers on risk assessment and authorization issues. The position requires 7+ years of related experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and ability to obtain CI poly.

Qualifications

• Experience in information system security and RMF authorization processes.
• Knowledge of JSIG guidance and DoD security requirements.
• Experience advising on risk management and security testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and evaluation of information system security program policy.
• Advise on RMF assessment, authorization issues and plan security testing.
• Develop and maintain information security education and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with AO/DAO and PSP for system authorization documents and assessments.
• Ensure incident response procedures and vulnerability remediation are in place.
• Supervise security controls for SAP/SCI environments and data handling.
