Leidos is seeking an Information Security Systems Manager (ISSM) to oversee the cybersecurity posture of a DoD-oriented software tooling environment in Huntsville, AL. You will develop and implement security policies, lead RMF activities and continuous monitoring, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain accreditation for DoD systems.

The role requires DoD policy mastery, ongoing artifact production, risk assessments, and collaboration with government customers.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI; Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Up-to-date cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies, frameworks and compliance standards (NIST 800-53, RMF, FISMA, ICD 503, JSIG).
• Experience building/maintaining an ATO (especially for software product offerings).
• Experience in system security engineering, risk management and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong understanding of cloud and network security, security controls and common cybersecurity tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME on cybersecurity compliance for the CEMA program.
• Facilitate ATO/ISAs with customer and stakeholders to receive AO endorsement.
• Collaborate with ISSOs and Cyber Security Engineers to execute continuous monitoring.
• Oversee security scans of code for product offerings and development environments.
• Maintain security documentation and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
