Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related cybersecurity/IA experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Proven RMF and ATO/SSP experience with DoD/NISPOM guidance.
• Experience documenting compliance and coordinating security artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel management for ISSOs, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Lead ATO efforts, prepare SSPs, POA&Ms, and BoE artifacts in eMASS.
• Coordinate risk-based decisions with Collateral ISSM and AO representatives.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and evidence for compliance.
• Oversee continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and inspections.
