Job summary

Leidos, in partnership with the 363rd ISRW, is seeking a mid-level ISR Tactician to support Air Combat Command's ISR enterprise at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. You will shape tactics, training, and modernization efforts across the Wing and provide expert analysis in targeting and SOF ISR.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance with SSBI, a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 4–6+ years ISR experience. Responsibilities include developing concepts, coordinating improvement programs, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 4+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI or TS eligibility.
• ISR experience with DoD or US Government agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, methodologies, and integration strategies for Wing-level products and services, including advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR.
• Coordinate Mission Improvement Program inputs, Tactics Improvement Proposals, and Tactics After-Action Reports.
• Provide tactician expertise to modernize and optimize Wing analysis, targeting, and ISR processes.
• Conduct critical analysis of operational processes and recommend improvements aligned with subordinate unit needs.
• Assist DOK Program Managers across multiple meeting environments, including in-person, telecom, and VTC engagements.
• Assess program effectiveness, identify corrective actions, and support long-range planning, including budgetary projections.
