You will guide outsourced labs, design labeling routes, and collaborate with ADME, pharmacology, and CMC teams to deliver radiolabeled compounds for human studies.

The role requires a strong background in radiochemistry and stable isotopes, with hands-on Carbon-14/Tritium experience and the ability to drive IND related deliverables.

Qualifications

• MS in Organic Chemistry with 8 years' experience in isotopic chemistry.
• Experience in radiochemistry and stable isotope chemistry with Carbon-14 and/or Tritium.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of isotopic synthesis projects and outsourced labs.
• Design radiolabeling routes and select metabolically stable positions for radiolabels.
• Collaborate with ADME and clinical pharmacology teams to support trials.
• Prepare sections of IND submissions and present findings in forums.
• Interact with CROs to implement isotopic synthesis strategies.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across discovery and CMC teams.
