Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking ISO Support Service Workers to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in Home and Community Services across Westmoreland County. You will provide care, supervision and participate in activities of daily living and social/recreational events, using your own vehicle when needed.

The role requires being 18+, a valid driver1s license, current car insurance/registration, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver1s license required.
• Current car insurance and registration required (uses personal vehicle).
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual's IP and complete assigned tasks.
• Perform services within IP-authorized units.
• Deliver services per Passavant Memorial Homes policies.
• Provide supervision and positive role modeling in home and community.
• Complete required Pre-Service and Annual In-Service training.
• Observe behaviors and report changes in condition.
