Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Pennsylvania is seeking ISO Support Service Worker/Caregiver to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings. You will implement each IP and provide support across units.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks outlined in each individual’s IP.
• Complete assigned tasks as requested.
• Deliver services within IP-approved units.
• Provide supervision and positive role modeling at home and in the community.
• Attend Pre-Service and Annual In-Service training.
• Observe behaviors and report changes accurately.
