Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking ISO Support Service Workers to provide care and supervision for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Home and Community Services across Westmoreland county. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and participating in social/recreational programs, using the worker’s own vehicle for transport when appropriate.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current car insurance and registration.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks outlined in the individual’s IP.
• Complete assigned tasks as requested.
• Deliver services within IP-authorized units.
• Follow Passavant Memorial Homes policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision and positive role modeling at home and in the community.
• Complete Pre-Service and Annual In-Service training through HCS.
• Observe behaviors and report changes in condition.
